Accountant - part time hours

Overview of the Accountant role:
- Processing all Accounts Payable for construction projects.
- Review Subcontractor applications for accuracy and billing requirements.
- Collecting and reviewing monthly expense reimbursement and corporate credit card reports.
- Completing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash balances on multiple accounts.
- Assist in new construction project setup.
- Assist in developing and maintaining accounting procedures.
- Assist year-end audit and preparation of financial reports.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant position:
- 3 or more years of accounting experience.
- Capacity to multitask and quickly transition from one task to another.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sage 300 software experience.
